Remove prototypes for non-existent functions (#75)
* dds_set_allocator * dds_set_aligned_allocator The intent behind them is good, but the approach too primitive ... there is far more work to be done for managing dynamic allocation in a meaningful way. Signed-off-by: Erik Boasson <eb@ilities.com>
